Return & Refund Policy

What’s your return policy?

We offer two options for returns:

 

Store credit for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

 

Replacement or refund for items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted within

14 days of delivery.

 

Items not eligible for return include worn or used items, washed or altered items, items

opened or removed from their original packaging, and items returned after the 14-day

window. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Once your return is received, approved and verified, we’ll issue a store credit for the full product value (excluding shipping) as a digital gift card or coupon code. When you place a new order using store credit, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.


If your order arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we’ll make it right — at no cost to you. You can choose to have a new replacement shipped free of charge or receive a full refund, including your original shipping.

 

How do I start a return for store credit?

If your item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging, you can request a return for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Only items in their original condition will be

accepted. Items found to be used, worn, washed, altered, or otherwise damaged are not eligible.

 

To start your return:

  1. Email returns@hollandblu.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once reviewed, verified and approved, we will send you return instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. After we receive and verify your item, we will issue store credit (as a digital gift card or coupon code) for the product value, excluding shipping.
  5. Claims are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.
  6. Store credit can be used on a future order, and standard shipping rates will apply.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 

How do I start a return or refund for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

All claims are subject to review against the quality standards of our production partners. Minor variations in color, fit, garment details, or print placement are a normal part of print-on-demand manufacturing and do not qualify as defects. Items ordered in the wrong size or color are not eligible for returns.

 

To report the issue:

  1. Email returns@hollandblu.com with your order number, description, and a photo.
  2. We will review and verify your claim.
  3. Once approved, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund including shipping.
  4. You do not need to return the defective item.
  5. Claims are processed within 5–7 business days upon receipt.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, because each item is printed on demand to your specifications, we’re unable to offer exchanges.

 

Please check our size chart and product layouts carefully before placing your order.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled if they have not yet entered production. If you need to make a change, please contact orders@hollandblu.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

 

Because all items are printed on demand, our production partners begin processing orders very quickly. As a result, once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes, including updates to items, sizes, or shipping details.
